The site provides information about MediTic's services and lets you send appointment, guidance, business and feedback requests. It doesn't replace a medical consultation or provide emergency care. In an emergency, go to the nearest emergency room or call 123.

Sending a form doesn't book a slot or confirm an appointment: the appointment is confirmed once the team schedules it with you. Published services and care options are subject to availability and, for home care, to the coverage we confirm. Service fees are shared when scheduling care. This site doesn't accept payments.

For a telehealth visit you need a device with camera and microphone, a stable connection and a private place. The professional decides whether your case can be handled remotely or requires in-person care.

The site's texts, including blog articles, are general and educational. They are not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation for your case.

Vesu, the virtual assistant, provides guidance on services, care options and requests. It runs on artificial intelligence and can make mistakes: it doesn't diagnose, interpret results or prescribe medication. What the MediTic team confirms prevails over what the assistant says.

You agree to provide truthful information and not to use the site for illegal purposes or in ways that harm MediTic or third parties. Don't send medical records, results or other people's data through the forms without authorization.

The site's texts, images, logos, designs and code belong to ISOSTEL S.A.S. or are used with authorization. They may not be reproduced without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

We strive to keep information complete and up to date, but it may contain errors that we will correct once we know about them. We don't guarantee that the site will work without interruption.

The site links to third-party services such as Luma (session registration), WhatsApp, maps and social networks. Each applies its own terms and privacy policies.

We process the data you send us according to our privacy and data processing policy, published on this site.
