They make the site work and cannot be turned off:

• Your cookie choice.
• The virtual assistant session, if you use it (a 7-day cookie, accessible only by the server).
• The state of your conversation and the reference of your last request, which are deleted when you close the tab.

Only if you accept them, we store for 180 days how you reached the site (for example, from a campaign) and the pages you visited, to understand which channels work and link it to your request if you send one. If you reject them or withdraw permission, nothing is stored and saved data is deleted.

Advertising cookies measure campaigns and are only enabled if you accept them. We never use what you write in forms or your health interests for advertising.

When you open an external link (maps, Luma, WhatsApp or social networks), that service may use its own cookies under its policy.
